 - 食材 - 杏仁奶....250ml 香蕉....1根 冰塊....250g 花生黃油....10g 可可粉....5g 香草精....3ml 楓糖漿....5ml 麥片....10g 可可碎....10g 花生碎....10g - 做法 - 將杏仁奶、香蕉半根、冰塊、花生黃油、可可粉、 香草精和楓糖漿入攪拌機(jī)中攪至奶昔狀。 裝入容器,剩余食材作點(diǎn)綴。 Method Put the almond milk, half banana, ice cubes, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a blender, and stir thoroughly. Pour into a container, garnish with the remaining ingredients. 
 - 食材 - 香蕉....1根 胡蘿卜汁....125ml 香草精....2ml 肉桂粉....2g 核桃仁....125g 椰絲....10g 金絲棗....4個(gè) - 做法 - 將香蕉、胡蘿卜汁、冰塊、金絲棗2顆 香草精和肉桂粉加入攪拌機(jī)中,攪打順滑 裝入容器,用剩余食材點(diǎn)綴。 Method Put the banana, carrot juice, ice cubes, 2 golden silk jujubes, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder into a blender, and stir thoroughly. Place the mixture into a container, garnish with the remaining ingredients.
