油炸花生米又香又脆,是夏天很好的下酒小食,還可以做成老醋或?qū)m保

 

炸花生的做法~~有三種~~~~


做法1:鍋里放一些油,不用太多,屬于半炸半炒~~
開火的同時(shí),把花生米放入鍋里,油熱后轉(zhuǎn)小火,不斷翻炒花生米,直到花生米的外皮變深紅,立刻關(guān)火撈出來,涼透了就又酥又脆了

油炸花生米其實(shí)并不費(fèi)油,但有幾點(diǎn)要注意

俺們用的是自家扒皮剝出的花生仁,如果用超市買的,那一定要清洗干凈后晾干再用
炸花生一定要小火,花生顏色改變后要及時(shí)撈出來,否則就會(huì)炸糊

 

做法2:用微波爐炸花生,加極少的油,只需三分鐘就能微好一盤香脆花生

 

做法3:用烤箱烤花生,10分鐘也能烤好少油健康的好吃花生

宮保藕丁(給力的微波爐炸花生版)


原料:藕、花生、油、蔥姜、大蒜、干辣椒、辣椒粉、花椒、生抽、醋、糖、料酒、鹽等
做法:花生米放一盤子里,倒一點(diǎn)油翻一下,讓每顆花生米都沾上油

放微波爐里,中大火(我用的是80那檔)2分鐘,拿出來翻幾下,讓其受熱均勻

再放入微波爐里中大火一分鐘拿出來,晾涼即可,和油鍋版的沒區(qū)別,皮一禿嚕就下來了,很酥脆

藕去皮后切成小丁,入開水鍋焯熟,迅速過涼備用

辣椒切段,蔥姜切碎,大蒜剁碎備用

鍋里放一勺油,將辣椒段和花椒放進(jìn)去炸香,下蔥姜和大蒜末煸香

鍋里加入半小勺辣椒粉,放入處理好的藕丁翻炒

宮保汁:一大勺米醋、一大勺糖、半勺生抽、適量鹽、一勺料酒,少許雞粉

將調(diào)好的宮保汁倒入鍋里,翻炒均勻后,加一滴香油即可出鍋

 

注意:炸花生的盤子,一定要是能耐住微波的盤子

中途拿出來翻一下,可以讓花生受熱均勻

完全涼透的花生才酥脆,很好去皮

微好的花生米要去皮后才能用,帶著皮口感不好

藕要用開水焯一下,再放涼水里過一下,口感更爽脆,也容易炒熟
