| NO.107 那些年我們遇見(jiàn)的蘑菇 
  菌物千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn),相似者不知凡幾。在分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)方法誕生之前,外表相近的物種總是被歸為一類(lèi)。如今,重新審視這些物種,幫助它們找到真正屬于它們的“家”正是無(wú)數(shù)分類(lèi)學(xué)學(xué)者們最殷切的愿望。在眾多踏上歸途,得歸故里的蘑菇之中,有著這樣一個(gè)游子,它曾經(jīng)流離失所,在錯(cuò)誤的屬中徘徊了兩個(gè)世紀(jì)之久,方才找到它真正的歸宿。這位游子就是花臉金錢(qián)菌Collybia sordida (Schumach.) Z.M. He & Zhu L. Yang。  群生的花臉金錢(qián)菌 曾念開(kāi) / 攝 1803年,花臉金錢(qián)菌首次發(fā)表并劃入蘑菇屬 Agaricus L,因其暗淡的色調(diào)而取種名“sordida”,意為“骯臟的,暗色的”。此后220年,該蘑菇一直處于“找家”的路上,這些“家”有口蘑屬Tricholoma (Fr.) Staude、旋蘑屬Gyrophila Quél(口蘑屬Tricholoma的異名)、晶蘑屬Rhodopaxillus Maire(香蘑屬Lepista (Fr.) W.G. Sm的異名),囊蘑屬Melanoleuca Pat,香蘑屬Lepista。2023年我國(guó)學(xué)者楊祝良等通過(guò)多方面的證據(jù)將其歸類(lèi)為金錢(qián)菌屬Collybia (Fr.) Staude。至此,該蘑菇總算找到了自己的“家”。  花臉金錢(qián)菌的子實(shí)體 曾念開(kāi) / 攝  花臉金錢(qián)菌有著紫褐色、中央凹陷如牽?;ㄒ话愕木w,淺紫色的菌肉,堇紫色的菌褶,以及污紫褐色具縱條紋的菌柄。值得注意的是,它的菌蓋中心與邊緣的顏色通常有著較大的色差,這也是它的中文名“花臉”的由來(lái)。 該蘑菇通常于夏秋季生于林緣或路邊腐殖質(zhì)層上,在中國(guó)海南、四川、貴州、湖南、廣西、云南以及泰國(guó)和印度尼西亞兩國(guó)均有分布,是一種具有可食性的蘑菇,同時(shí)有著抗氧化、抗衰老、抗腫瘤和免疫調(diào)節(jié)活性,在泰國(guó)已經(jīng)成功栽培。 END ! 參考文獻(xiàn) [1] He ZM, Chen ZH, Bau T, et al. 2023.
