陳爾祿，男，1933年4月生于貴州省貴陽市。1958年畢業(yè)于貴州農(nóng)學院。自幼酷愛書畫藝術，作品參加96“炎黃杯”書畫名家邀請展榮譽金獎；參加跨世紀97“和平、友誼、繁榮、進步”翰墨作品大聯(lián)展活動，獲得宋慶齡基金會，中國毛澤東詩詞研究會，中國文聯(lián)出版公司聯(lián)合頒發(fā)的榮譽收藏證書以及韓國書畫教育協(xié)會、新加坡新神州藝術院等國內(nèi)外多家藝術團體收藏。

新加坡新神州藝術院組辦98“醒獅杯”中國精品書畫創(chuàng)作大賽特等獎；99年第三屆“世界文化藝術大會”香港大型藝術展特別金獎；建黨80周年中國書畫大賽獲老年組一等獎。參加支持北京申辦2008奧運會中國書畫大展并入選《渴望圣火·萬未書畫長卷》。2002年獲祖國頌國際書畫攝影大賽特等獎。2005年參加紀念中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利60周年系列活動，作品獲榮譽金獎，被北京中國文化學院、北京師白藝術研究會授予“中華翰墨丹青藝術家”榮譽稱號。2010年被中國藝術促進會、中國書法國畫研究會授予“中國書畫藝術促進獎——終身成就獎”。2011年參加紀念辛亥革命100周年全國書畫大賽，獲入圍最高獎并授予“辛亥百年百杰書畫家”。參加“天宮獎”海內(nèi)外書畫名家優(yōu)秀作品聯(lián)展獲金獎，被授予“杰出華人書畫家”。

2012年參加“中華情——海峽兩岸書畫家聯(lián)誼展”榮獲金獎。2013年榮獲“首屆世界華人文藝先鋒獎金獎”。作品被臺北故宮書畫院收藏。2014年榮獲“慶祝新中國成立65周年暨首屆建國文藝大師杰出貢獻獎”。2016年獲中國藝術金馬獎金獎、作品及簡歷入。選入編《世界當代著名書畫家真跡博覽大典》、《世界經(jīng)典中國美術全集》、《新中國書畫八大家》、《人民書畫三大家》等四十余部國內(nèi)外出版的大型書畫冊中?，F(xiàn)為中國老年書畫研究會會員、新加坡共和國新神州藝術院高級榮譽顧問，特聘高級書畫師、國家人事部中國人才研究會藝術家學部委員會藝術委員、國際美術家聯(lián)合會會員、中國詩書畫聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)名譽主席、中國藝術促進會藝術顧問、國家一級美術師。

Chen Erlu, male, was born in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province in April 1933. Graduated from Guizhou Agricultural College in 1958. Since childhood, he loved painting and calligraphy art, and his works participated in the 96 "Yanhuang Cup" calligraphy and calligraphy master invitation exhibition honorary gold medal; in 2012, he participated in the "Chinese Love-Cross-Strait Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and won the gold medal. In 2013, he won the "First World Chinese Artistic Pioneer Award". The works are collected by the Taipei Palace Museum of Painting and Calligraphy. In 2014, he won the "Celebrating the 65th Anniversary of the Founding of New China and the First Outstanding Contribution Award of the Founding of the People's Republic of China". In 2016, he won the Chinese Art Golden Horse Award, works and resume entry. Selected into more than forty large-scale calligraphy and painting albums published at home and abroad, such as "The Eight Great Masters of New China Calligraphy and Calligraphy" and "The Three Great Masters of People's Calligraphy and Calligraphy". Member of the Chinese Society of Painting and Calligraphy for the Elderly, Senior Honorary Advisor of the New China Art Academy of the Republic of Singapore, Distinguished Senior Calligraphy and Painting Artist, Artistic Committee Member of the Artist Department of the Chinese Talent Research Association of the Ministry of Personnel, Member of the International Artists Federation, Honorary of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Alliance. Chairman, art consultant of China Art Promotion Association, national first-class artist.
