“有沒(méi)有發(fā)個(gè)案報(bào)告的XX科SCI期刊的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)？”所以本期就特請(qǐng)美國(guó)恒祥咨詢的小伙伴，通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)分析，找出最近3年發(fā)表個(gè)案報(bào)告（case report(s)）或病例系列(case series)的神經(jīng)科期刊。檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)：Medline
檢索時(shí)間：October 09, 2022分析機(jī)構(gòu)：Healsan Consulting LLC（美國(guó)恒祥咨詢公司）個(gè)案報(bào)告或者病例系列是醫(yī)生之間交流和相互學(xué)習(xí)的重要途徑。設(shè)計(jì)的主題包括：罕見(jiàn)病例、提示不同發(fā)病機(jī)制的特殊病例、罕見(jiàn)癥狀、特殊的治療方法、藥物罕見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)、罕見(jiàn)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)、罕見(jiàn)家族等等。
個(gè)案報(bào)告/病例系列經(jīng)常是臨床新發(fā)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。但在循證醫(yī)學(xué)的背景下，卻因位于臨床證據(jù)的底層而被忽視。不過(guò)，個(gè)案報(bào)告加上文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)就會(huì)使研究更加豐滿，證據(jù)變得更充分，部分雜志可以論著發(fā)表；而病例系列如果加上分組和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，則會(huì)升級(jí)為病例-對(duì)照研究。Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)已經(jīng)收錄了從2019年起神經(jīng)科發(fā)表的5,361篇個(gè)案報(bào)告或病例系列。分析顯示，美國(guó)發(fā)表的該領(lǐng)域個(gè)案最多，其次是中國(guó)、日本、意大利和德國(guó)。（個(gè)案發(fā)表的時(shí)間和國(guó)家分布）發(fā)表神經(jīng)科個(gè)案報(bào)告/病例系列的SCI期刊中，最多的是BMC Neurol，其次是Front Neurol、Medicine (Baltimore)、Neurol Sci、World J Clin Cases等期刊。特別需要注意的是，期刊標(biāo)記為IF=0意味著該期刊沒(méi)有被SCI收錄。（發(fā)表神經(jīng)科個(gè)案最多的期刊）這些期刊的影響因子、分區(qū)以及從投稿到接受的天數(shù)如下。我們也勾出了相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)接受速度比較快的期刊。
