?早上5-7點(diǎn)為大腸排毒時(shí)間,早上7-9點(diǎn)為胃排毒時(shí)間,需食用營(yíng)養(yǎng)的早餐。早上9-11點(diǎn)為脾臟排毒時(shí)間,可進(jìn)行腹部按摩。中午11-1點(diǎn)為心臟排毒時(shí)間,需進(jìn)行午睡,。下午1-3點(diǎn)為小腸排毒時(shí)間需多喝水,適當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。下午3-5點(diǎn)為膀胱經(jīng)排毒,可食水果促進(jìn)腸道消化,5-7點(diǎn)為腎經(jīng)排毒,需進(jìn)食清淡晚餐,7-9點(diǎn)為心包排毒,可適當(dāng)散步。9-11點(diǎn)為三焦經(jīng)排毒,可泡腳準(zhǔn)備入睡,11-1點(diǎn)為膽排毒,1-3點(diǎn)為肝排毒,3-5點(diǎn)為肺排毒需進(jìn)入深度睡眠。 ②12條經(jīng)絡(luò)按12個(gè)時(shí)辰劃分,子時(shí)為膽經(jīng),丑時(shí)為肝經(jīng),寅時(shí)為肺經(jīng),卯時(shí)為大腸經(jīng),辰時(shí)為胃經(jīng),巳時(shí)為脾經(jīng),午時(shí)為心經(jīng),未時(shí)為小腸經(jīng),申時(shí)為膀胱經(jīng),酉時(shí)為腎經(jīng),戌時(shí)為心包經(jīng),亥時(shí)為三焦經(jīng)。在相應(yīng)臟腑時(shí)間段調(diào)理可起到事半功倍的作用。 |
