A poor donkey

Long time ago, there were no donkeys in Guizhou province. Someone brought back a donkey from northern area but finally he found there was nothing special about the donkey, so he let it go.

One day, a tiger saw the donkey in the forest. The tiger had never seen a donkey before and thought it would be stronger than him. So he hid himself behind a tree and spied on the donkey.

When the donkey brayed, the tiger was frightened and ran away immediately. However, after seeing the donkey over and over, the tiger felt the donkey was not so special as he thought. So he began to walk around the donkey, trying to touch it. The donkey became angry and kicked the tiger, but the tiger escaped easily. In the end, the tiger jumped on the donkey and ate it.

故事梗概：

很久以前，貴州（黔）這個(gè)地方?jīng)]有驢。有個(gè)貴州人到北方去，看見(jiàn)驢子覺(jué)得十分新鮮，就用船運(yùn)了一頭驢到貴州，之后卻發(fā)現(xiàn)驢子除了脾氣壞之外，并沒(méi)有什么用處，就把驢放到山里面去了。

一天，一只老虎看見(jiàn)了驢，以為這個(gè)軀體高大的家伙一定很厲害，就躲在樹(shù)林里偷偷觀察著，驢子并沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)老虎。它像平時(shí)一樣大吼一聲，大虎十分吃驚，以為驢要咬自己了，非常恐懼，趕忙跑遠(yuǎn)了。然而，經(jīng)過(guò)幾天反復(fù)觀察以后，老虎覺(jué)得驢并沒(méi)有什么特殊本領(lǐng)，而且越來(lái)越熟悉驢的叫聲了，于是開(kāi)始走到驢的前面，試著碰了它一下，驢子憤怒地?fù)P起蹄子猛踢老虎，卻被老虎輕易地躲開(kāi)了。這下老虎明白了，原來(lái)這驢子也就這么點(diǎn)本事。于是撲了上去，一口咬住了驢子。
