A Fire Drill in School

Today was a sunny day. The school held a very interesting activity. It's a fire drill. The firefighters came to our school to teach us how to use the fire extinguisher. 

Firstly, the firefighter set an example. He used the fire extinguisher to show us the steps of operating it. Then a girl student wanted to try it. She pushed the switch and the fire was put out in five seconds. 

In the fire drill, I learnt a lot. If the house is on fire, we must keep calm and low down our back to walk. Using some wet towels if necessary. 

This lesson is an interesting and important thing for us students. We must pay more attention to the safety in our daily life.

學(xué)校舉辦消防演練活動(dòng)，消防員組隊(duì)來學(xué)校教學(xué)演示如何使用滅火器進(jìn)行滅火。消防演練意義重大，我們每個(gè)人都要重視學(xué)習(xí)。

看圖寫作是一個(gè)新的英語寫作訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目。它相比較日記寫作的自由發(fā)揮而言，范圍有所限制。同時(shí)也會(huì)給寫作指明方向，確定大概內(nèi)容，避免無話可說。

在高中英語新課標(biāo)（2020）中，教學(xué)活動(dòng)除了傳統(tǒng)的聽、說、讀、寫外，增加了“看”，即 Viewing 這一提法。這促使師生進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)教與學(xué)的策略，把原來的文本閱讀，拓展到非連續(xù)文本和可視化范圍。

同時(shí)，此訓(xùn)練還可以關(guān)聯(lián)到“故事復(fù)述”能力的培養(yǎng)；同時(shí)也強(qiáng)化學(xué)生擴(kuò)展語境，構(gòu)思語篇的能力；另外，關(guān)注身邊的人和事；學(xué)會(huì)用英語去闡述事件，表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)和想法，也是英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)和課程目標(biāo)的基本要求。
