總述：

• 根據(jù)計量單位咨詢委員會的提案，在2019年版本的定義中，所有基本單位的定義都將被改寫或者重寫。改寫核心是將定義由“單位中心”變?yōu)椤俺?shù)中心”。

• 在“單位中心”的定義中，一個單位是由實物例子定義。比如自1889年至2019年，千克被定義為“國際千克原器的質(zhì)量”，即國際千克原器的質(zhì)量等于1千克。

• 在“常數(shù)中心”的定義中，自然常量被定以確定的值，單位的定義則通過自然常量的定值作為結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)。比如自1983年至今，光速被定義為每秒299,792,458米，而秒已經(jīng)被定義，因而米這個單位也因而被定義了。

3、千克：

4、安培：
