 After four years as an assistant manager, I was promoted to  manager. In my role as manager, I oversaw eight direct reports,  who formed the four core groups. 

My responsibilities include  helping set the direction for subordinates, reviewing their work,  and providing feedback. 

I particularly like this job because I  have a great opportunity to guide my professionals and help them  develop the qualities of successful managers such as goal setting,  communication skills and coaching skills.

Sample Answer 2:

 When I was promoted to the position of manager, I eagerly  241looked forward to increase direct client contact. Now I have  responsibility not only to manage our clients and strengthen our  client relationships, but also to help our company to develop new  clients. 

I have successfully helped to increase our client base by 50  percent, in part through referral clients. But equally importantly,  I have helped to improve client relations, which has led to more  business per client. 

I have done this by meeting more frequently  with our clients to ensure our products are meeting their needs and  by responding to feedback from clients.

任何問題都應該具有邏輯性，即使是談自己經(jīng)歷的題。

結(jié)果先行，再闡述過程和原因，最后在點名自己在這次經(jīng)歷中學到了什么。

這段管理經(jīng)歷盡量尋找意義重大的事件，而不是平淡如水，沒有任何記憶點。
