This chapter Harry showed his talent of bloomstick again. And the shock of winning let the gossip "He was just a famous name"disappear. The story seems come to this stage, the stone appeared to the sight of readers. 

Who tried to stole it, and who stop the thief or thieves? Snape, of course, that bad teacher ,everything gave the clue that he is  the Hogwarts traitor.And the poor Quirrell was forced to help him.

1.關(guān)于Nicolas Flamel：他是Dumbledore的工作伙伴，是一個著名化學(xué)家，也是唯一一個制作出魔法石的人，魔法石的神奇魔力讓魔法界的人都想擁有它。他是個665歲的老伯伯了，所以近代魔法書中找不到他的事跡。

2.關(guān)于Quidditch比賽：Harry的優(yōu)異表現(xiàn)使得Gryffindor學(xué)院贏得了第一名，他在比賽不到5分鐘就抓住Snitch也創(chuàng)造了Quidditch比賽有史以來最快結(jié)束的記錄，他終于證明他可以因自己而著名了。

3.關(guān)于Snap偷偷闖禁區(qū)：原來他在找魔法石，而且還找了Quirrell來對付三頭狗怪物。

In this chapter Harry was like being helped by god.First of all，he accidentally found out who Nicolas Flamel was on the Famous Wizard card and He learnt that the three headed dogs were guarding the Philosopher's Stone.

Then he won the game and overheard Snape and Quirrell's conversation in the Forbidden Forest.The glamour of the main character had come to life.

Nicolas Flamel was a Frenchman lived in 13th century and he dreamed of an angel holding the book of Abraham the Jew.After years of study and experimentation he had learned the secrets of alchemy.

Many celebrated individuals throughout history are known to be devoted to, or even to worship, alchemy.

Newton spent the majority of his life researching alchemy and many Chinese emperors also contributed to it.Although alchemy ultimately failed, it also laid the foundation for later chemistry.

Harry accepted Dumbledore’s advice and stopped looking for the mirror again. As a result, Harry had to pay attention to practice for the next game. 

The bad news that Snape would be referee for the next Quidditch match made the team mess around. Every team member was concerned that Snape would be unfair if they might overtake Slytherin. 

However, Harry’s excellent performance on the court did not give Snape any chance to penalize their team. The Famous Wizard card of Dumbledore gave Hermione a clue of the identity of Mr. Flamel. 

In fact, Nicolas Flamel was the only known maker of the Sorcerer’s Stone. And Harry found that Snape was trying to force Quirrell to help him get the Sorcerer’s Stone. The Stone’s safe is beginning to worry me……

Our heroes made significant breakthroughs in this chapter. 

First, they found the name of Nicolas Flamel on the collecting card. It suggested being nice to other would reward yourself somehow. 

According to this clue, they found some detail in the old book which is Hermione’s “l(fā)ight reading”. He was the only known maker and owner of the Sorcerer’s Stone. 

Knowing this, it was not hard to deduct what Fluffy guarded and what Snape was after. 

(插播一段：有人看過荒川弘的《鋼之煉金術(shù)師》么？里邊提到的賢者之石會不會跟這個Sorcerer’s Stone有什么關(guān)系？那個是人體煉成，這個是長生不老……想想有點恐怖??！) 

On the other hand, concealing this secret was a demanding job, Harry nearly became neurotic!

Second, Harry decided to face Snape in Quidditch match and won the game in five minutes, suffering the pressure and potential danger. It was worthy of proud. From now on, “Harry Potter” was himself, no longer a fame.

Third, Neville showed his bravery finally, maybe not a proper way, but good for him. He stood up to Malfoy and his fellows and evolved them into the “whirl of fists”.

Having no parents, having no money, having no brain (which was not true) was not necessary to feel sorry, it was much better than having no conscience.

Last, as a carry-on of the main line, Harry spied the meeting of Snap and Quirrell in the forbidden forest. 

It seemed Snape was trying to force Quirrell to help him get the Stone. Is it true? Will the Stone be safe? Will the three be safe? 

PS: 作為一個學(xué)化學(xué)的人，還真是對煉金術(shù)有那么點好奇呢！

Harry終于反應(yīng)過來，剛來魔法學(xué)院時，在火車上聽到的關(guān)于Flamel的事情，通過魔法石和龍之血一起修煉，就能擁有不死之軀（可能類似中國太上老君不死仙丹的處方），而這個驚喜結(jié)論也在學(xué)霸Hermione看到的書中得到證實。

Harry本來還陷于對父母的悲傷思戀中，新學(xué)期的比賽讓Harry轉(zhuǎn)移了注意力，在Wood學(xué)長的帶動下，Harry苦練技巧。

功夫不負(fù)有心人，在G學(xué)院和H學(xué)院的比賽中，Harry破下來最快速度絕殺對手的記錄，為G學(xué)院贏得了榮譽，這樣他們就能拉開與S學(xué)院的優(yōu)勢距離了。

這一段Ron把一直愛嘲笑他窮、Harry沒爹娘的Malfoy給揍了一頓，真是解氣，再加上Harry贏得了比賽，這下挫了挫Malfoy一伙氣焰。

而一直讓Harry不寒而栗的Snape臉色更難看了。

Harry一直懷疑Snape在打著藏在那戒備森嚴(yán)的密室中的魔法石主意。偶然機會，尾隨Snape來到了黑森林里，發(fā)現(xiàn)Snape正強迫Quirrell入伙他這一邊，幫他達到目的，而Quirrell面對脅迫戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢，口齒不靈。

Harry興奮的告訴Ron和Hermione，他的猜測沒有錯，這個可惡的Snape就是在打魔法石的主意。究竟Quirrell會不會幫Snape，讓他得逞呢？

On wonder Harry had been feeling familiar with the name of Nicolas Flamel, he had read it on the card in Chocolate Frog. How wonderful the author set a clue on Harry’s way to Hogworts. 

Since Harry knew the amazing usage of Philosopher’s Stone, he had made sure Snape was evil, even had the horrible feeling that Snap could read minds. (May be he had read the novel Three Body). 

So that he hardly concentrated on his training. Fortunately, friends around Harry had been with him all the time.
 
What were true friends on earth? I thought Ron and Hermione were indeed. When they got the new that Snap would be the referee in next Qudditch, they persuade him not to play. 

While Harry was the only Seeker he had made up his mind. Before the game, R and H had been secretly practicing the Curse in case of Snape hurting Harry. 

After the game, they two cheered up for their best friend, Ron even with a heavy nosebleed.
 
If someone could share happiness and sorrow, support you in any circumstance, wake you up when you were in mistake. What else did you want more? Harry, you were a lucky dog.
 
In Quidditch it had to be a record that the Snitch was caught within such a short time. This time Harry had really done something to prove himself, no one could say he was just a name any more.
