文章導(dǎo)讀

大力發(fā)展全球風(fēng)能、太陽(yáng)能、水能等可再生能源,實(shí)現(xiàn)全球清潔能源共享,是構(gòu)建全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)與全球可再生能源發(fā)展情景的比較分析,闡述了中國(guó)和全球可再生能源發(fā)展之間的相似性。在對(duì)中國(guó)與全球可再生能源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了中國(guó)可再生能源發(fā)展的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及存在問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決思路和措施,即通過(guò)源—網(wǎng)—荷—儲(chǔ)及市場(chǎng)共同協(xié)調(diào),促進(jìn)可再生能源健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。最后,通過(guò)分析全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展需求和現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ),提出了中國(guó)可再生能源發(fā)展對(duì)建設(shè)全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的啟示和建議。

Vigorously developing global renewable energy such as wind energy, solar energy, and hydropower and realizing global clean resource sharing are paramount driving forces for building the Global Energy Interconnection (GEI). With the help of a comparative analysis of renewable energy development and global renewable energy development scenarios, this paper expounds on the similarities between China1 and global renewable energy development. Based on the analysis of renewable energy development and the status of global renewable energy development in China, this paper summarizes the relevant experience and problems of renewable energy development in China. According to these problems, this paper also puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures, that is, to promote the healthy and steady development of renewable energy in China through the source-network-load-storage and market coordination. Finally, by analyzing the development requirements and current foundation of GEI, insights and suggestions are proposed for the future development of renewable energy for the GEI construction.

Qili Huang is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, State Grid Corporation Consultant. He received his Ph.D. degree from Hokkaido University, Japan in 1987. His research interests include clean coal and high- efficiency power generation, renewable energy generation, energy conservation, environmental protection and energy development strategy, etc.
