There are many people who are competent for their professional skills, and have devoted so many years worth of hard work on their current positions.They are strinous and hard working,ambitious and competetive, but why couldn't they still be elevated even they are the most proficient talents in this field?
其中一個(gè)原因是他們總是與同事搞窩里斗。是的，他們是追求事業(yè)上的卓越，想在職場上出人頭地。所以他們認(rèn)為除了自己在技術(shù)上的努力之外，還應(yīng)該打敗別人。所以他們費(fèi)盡各種心計(jì)來攻擊對(duì)手，企圖讓對(duì)方垮臺(tái)。但是恰恰是這些行為阻擋了他們的攀升之路，為什么？
One of the reasons is that they are inclined to commit internal struggle with their collegues.yes, they are chasing after standingout in their career, wanting to be superior to others in the occupational status.So they think except their own endeavoring in studying and sharping their abilities in their skills, they have to beat others.So they try theri best to implement plots to bring their rivals down.But just these deeds block their own way of climbing up.Why?
（1）他們沒有大局眼光。他們思想狹隘，僅僅局限于自己的成功，無視公司的損失。你要知道，多少能量和效率都在內(nèi)斗中浪費(fèi)掉。
(1)They don't have the large-scale horizon.They are narrow-minded, only focusing on their personal success , regardless of the loss of their struggles bring to the company.You know, so much of energy and effection has been wasted during the internal friction.
（2）他們沒有高的道德素質(zhì)。他們采用卑鄙的手段攻擊別人，恰恰向熱門展示了思想上的污點(diǎn)。他們英明的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)對(duì)他們的行為感到震驚，從而防著他們，如果有一天把他們提到跟自己接近的位置上來的時(shí)候，會(huì)不會(huì)也這樣對(duì)我？如果被整的人是他們的同學(xué)或老鄉(xiāng)，那效果足夠駭人聽聞，尤其是對(duì)他們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
(2)They don't have high ethical qualities.When they attack their rivals with mean manners, just showing to people their dark blemishes in their mind.Their wise leader will feel shocked by their deeds, defending them that one day they will try the same way to attack their benefectors if their position has been elevated to near to each other.If the targeted victims are their old classmates or fellow-townsman, the effect will be aghasted, especially to their leader.
（3）他們不懂得斗爭的智慧。最精明睿智的斗爭方法就是站在道德的制高點(diǎn)，將自己最好的一面展現(xiàn)出來。當(dāng)別人在顯示他們負(fù)面的時(shí)候，你變的越來越善良忍讓，閃現(xiàn)著人性的光輝，那么他們的負(fù)面形象只能襯托出你的高大。
(3)They don't know the wisdom of fighting.The most shrewd method of fighting is to stand on the highest point of the morality and behave yourself with your perfect aspects.When others are showing their dark manners, you are more and more kind and courteous and shining with humane glory, your great image will be foiled by contrary with their black images.
（4）他們沒有長遠(yuǎn)眼光。在辦公室里你最好不要跟任何人建立對(duì)立關(guān)系，即便是某些人才可以成為你的對(duì)手，你也不要與他成為敵人。因?yàn)橐坏┒窢幍慕Y(jié)果是他最終成功，你將會(huì)在他的管理之下，有一天他會(huì)決定你的命運(yùn)。如果到那時(shí)候你再努力跟他建立友好關(guān)系，恐怕確實(shí)要費(fèi)很大的麻煩。
(4)They don't have far sight.You know. you'd better not establish antarganistic relations with anyone.Even somebody could be your rival, with the competitive talents, you shouldn't make enemies with him. Because if the end of your struggle turns out to be his triump,you will be under his management.So the wise staffes in the office are going to smile to everyone, especially those talented.One day they will manuvier your destity.And if you surrender to them and want to make friends with him at that time, I'm afraid it will at least need lots of troubles.

At last, there is a occupational fable.Mandragora is a beautiful flower, but it has a bad character.Whenever it is planted, it will secrete toxins to kill other plants around it.So in every garden,it is not welcomed by the gardener.Even sometimes it is allowed to grow there, but couldn't get any chance of becoming prosperous.But those ordinary small plants are indispensable in every place.So if you always oppress other talents in your company, showing apparently antagnistic behaviors towards your imagined rivals, you will not get the opportunities to be a management staff, for once you get the power, you will oppress more staffes.
