森林系列是萬科在三亞地區(qū)山丘住宅的開發(fā)產(chǎn)品，不同于三亞濱海的住宅特色，該系列產(chǎn)品打造了與眾不同的森林健康生活方式，住宅與別墅散布在溪谷兩側(cè)，自然山體和溪谷成為了這次景觀設(shè)計打造的重點。 A valley landscape within a series of amalgamated and disparate plots of land developed over some years posits an opportunity for the surrounding strata residential clusters to be stitched together as a better cohesive whole. ▼項目概覽，project overview
在原有溪谷基礎(chǔ)上打造的濕地公園在本次設(shè)計中有了兩個目標(biāo)，一是改善現(xiàn)有的道路空間體驗，另一個是在未來的發(fā)展中定義景觀空間的重點。通過走場和對建筑規(guī)劃的分析，我們提出將原有的湖泊作為景觀空間的中心和山體別墅的視線焦點，并命名為小天池。同時我們也利用了小天池原有的堤壩打造了一條漂浮于水面之上的環(huán)形景觀橋，對應(yīng)著環(huán)形天橋的，是在另一邊的水中荷花藝術(shù)裝置，一系列亮白色的裝置和景觀橋一起組成了一個圓環(huán)。 ▼平面圖，plan
This time, the wetland park serves two objectives – to improve the existing circulation networks and to identify key focus areas for further design accentuation. 景觀的概念并非憑空而出，而是通過多次的現(xiàn)場踏勘，展現(xiàn)了我們對現(xiàn)場地形和植物的理解，確定了需要保留的區(qū)域和整改的范圍。在這樣的思考結(jié)果下，我們不但保留了大量的現(xiàn)有喬木和灌木，也通過植物搭配和景觀構(gòu)筑物點綴得到了很多自然有趣而各有特色的空間，而且保證了由始至終視覺體驗的統(tǒng)一。 ▼軸測分析圖，axon analysis
The advent of the landscape concept was very much borne out of numerous site visits, understanding the existing terrain in trying to retain as much of what was done well previously and what should be added to highlight the qualities in the valley. 在原生的檳榔林里，一條蜿蜒的步道順著地形輾轉(zhuǎn)其中，檳榔林間，豎立著一個個白色的“鳥籠”，這不光是別致的小雕塑，也是給游人的休息亭。旁邊的濕地溪流里，種滿了各種水生的植物，在水面上漂浮著一條臨空的濱水步道，漫步其中，呼吸著新鮮的空間，感受著與自然的和諧。 A series of beetle nut pavilions under the existing palm grove were linked by a meandering walk into the valley plain. 溪流的精彩之處，還在于它隨著一年中季節(jié)水位的變化，也會給住戶不同的驚喜和體驗。而濕地的價值也不僅于視覺，通過濕地溪流的水體，也得到了凈化，讓下游區(qū)域的濱水別墅區(qū)的景觀價值也得到了更好的提升。 As a rain garden with a varying water table responding the prevailing climate conditions, the walk presents a pleasant surprise at different times of the year. We also manipulated the topography at selected points to manage potential flood conditions. With new walkways and bridges, ramps and terraces to link up adjacent developments by foot and buggy rides, the wetland park hopes to create a more conducive and welcome place for all to linger in. ▼夜景，night view
除了生態(tài)的景觀，園區(qū)內(nèi)的網(wǎng)紅打卡拍照點也必不可少，我們在溪谷高差最大的地方，架設(shè)了一條“臥龍橋”，只要穿過路邊的小樹叢，由幾百片白色的參數(shù)化鋼片打造出的橋梁就在你眼前躍然而出。 ▼由參數(shù)化鋼片構(gòu)成的臥龍橋，the Wolong Bridge made of parameterized steel elements
順著登山的電瓶車道，我們可以一路走上公園的最高處，上面有一個造型簡潔，如飛機(jī)張開雙翼的觀景亭，從上往下，溪谷的全貌一覽無余。新增的人行道，橋梁，露臺和坡道聯(lián)系了不同的地塊，和不同的空間，你可以散步于此，也可以通過園區(qū)的電瓶車穿梭花園之間。我們希望它不僅僅成為住戶的后花園，也成為一個舒適愜意的生態(tài)公園。 ▼公園最高處的觀景亭，the viewing platform on the top point of the park
