三者都是表示足夠、充足的意思，但是側重點不同。

具體分析如下:

1、enough：最普通用詞，口語、書面語可用，較側重分量或數(shù)量的足夠，多指希望的滿足。

如I have enough material to curtain all the windows.

我有足夠的料子把所有的窗戶都掛上窗簾。

2、sufficient：正式用詞，側重數(shù)目或數(shù)量達到某一特定要求或需要。 

如Will there be sufficient stocks to meet our demand?

有足夠的存貨滿足我們的需求嗎?

3、ample：指某物不僅滿足了需要而且超出很多。

如There'll be ample opportunity to relax, swim and soak up some sun.

將會有充足的機會去放松、游泳和曬太陽。

① adj.足夠的；豐裕的 。
