For old teachers, they have many experiences so that they are more likely to teach students with the same method, the one they are most familiar with. The bright side is that this kind of method may be the most efficient one according to their many years of teaching experience, but there may be student fail to follow the pace and gradually find the whole class boring and dull. As for the young teachers, they may lack experience so that the progress of a class will not be as effective as the ones that old teachers give, but they tend to be more innovative and energetic. Students should find the class more interesting, even though the knowledge they learn could be not as solid as those learnt in old teachers’ class. |
