民謠、迷幻、重金屬、朋克…真能把這些浩若繁星的搖滾流派分出來的人，不是鐵桿搖滾迷就是重度強(qiáng)迫癥患者。

杜少我也沒辦法三言兩語給各位觀眾老爺說清。但至少，今天我可以告訴你們什么是「重金屬」——聽Black Sabbath的歌就知道了。

「Black Sabbath - 黑色安息日」被公認(rèn)為第一個(gè)真正的重金屬樂隊(duì)，「滾石雜志」評價(jià)他們?yōu)椤赣肋h(yuǎn)改變了音樂」。

他們的專輯「Paranoid」被稱為「有史以來最偉大的音樂專輯」，今天推送的「Paranoid」正是這張專輯中最著名的一首歌。
