解決方法是：把a(bǔ)pache的CONF文件夾下httpd.conf中的

< Directory "c:/wamp/www/">下面的

"Require local" ===> "Require all granted"
< /Directory >

再把

<Directory />
    AllowOverride none
    Require all denied
</Directory>

<Directory />
    AllowOverride none
    Require all granted
</Directory>

最后

D:\wamp\alias下面的 phpmyadmin.conf中

<Directory "c:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.5.1/">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
        Order Deny,Allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from 127.0.0.1
</Directory>

改為

<Directory "c:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.5.1/">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
        Order Allow,Deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>
