2018年3月5日至3月9日期間，來自韓國三星醫(yī)療中心（Sansung Medical Center）Hyunchul Rhim教授在我科進行了為期一周的深度訪學及交流。

From March 5th to March 9th, 2018, Hyunchul Rhim from the Samsung Medical Center in South Korea conducted a one-week deep visit and exchange in our department.

Rhim教授作自我介紹

Rhim教授是韓國首爾成均館大學（Sungkyunkwan University）醫(yī)學院以及三星醫(yī)療中心放射科的教授，在腫瘤消融領(lǐng)域世界知名，是國際知名學術(shù)期刊Radiology及Hepatology的審稿人，2016年亞洲消融學大會（ACTA 2016）的主席。

Prof. Rhim is Professor of Radiology at Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine and Samsung Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. He is world famous in the field of tumor ablation. He is a reviewer of internationally renowned academic journals Radiology and Hepatology. He is the chairman of Asian Conference on Tumor Ablation in 2016. (ACTA 2016) 

在這短暫的一周中，Rhim與我中心吳沛宏教授（ACTA 2017大會主席）、黃金華教授、范衛(wèi)君教授、張福君教授、趙明教授、黃子林副教授的教授團隊進行了深入的交流，參與了科室的交班、查房、疑難病例討論、門診、并觀摩我院微創(chuàng)介入手術(shù)，包括熱消融、冷凍消融、放射性粒子植入、肝動脈栓塞化療及動脈灌注等。他高度評價了我科專家在亞洲微創(chuàng)消融領(lǐng)域的成果以及在行業(yè)內(nèi)杰出的領(lǐng)袖作用。

During this week, Rhim had in-depth exchanges with Prof. Wu Peihong (chairman of ACTA 2017), Prof. Jin Hua, Prof. Fan Weijun, Professor Zhang Fujun, Prof. Zhao Ming, Prof. Huang Zilin and Prof. Huang Zilin of our center to participate in the handover of the department. , rounds, difficult case discussions, outpatient visits, and observation of minimally invasive interventional surgery in our hospital, including thermal ablation, cryoablation, radioactive particle implantation, hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy, and arterial infusion.

2018年3月7日上午，Rhim在我院23樓遠程會議中心做了題為“我20年來射頻消融的經(jīng)驗教訓（Lessons from 20 years RFA experience）”的專題講座，現(xiàn)場匯集了來自我院及外單位的腫瘤消融大咖。

On the morning of March 7th, 2018, Rhim gave a lecture entitled 'Lessons from 20 years of RFA experience' in the teleconference center on the 23rd floor of our hospital. 

Rhim教授分享了自己行醫(yī)生的10個經(jīng)驗(The ten Lessons)：

1. 做腫瘤介入的醫(yī)師必須具備腫瘤學專家的知識。

2. 介入可醫(yī)生就像一個能量的郵遞員，把能量放到適合的地方。

3. 一次成功的消融需要計劃，平衡好消融的安全性和完全性。

4. 到達終點的方式有許多種，沒有一個絕對正確的方案。

5. 想想最佳的方案。

6. 多學科交流和聯(lián)合很重要。

7. 當我們在追求最先進的技術(shù)時，不要忘記基礎(chǔ)一定要牢固。

8. 盡管我們看到的圖像是二維的，我們需要有三維想象的能力。

9. 我們追求患者最長生存時間的同時，也要關(guān)注患者的生存質(zhì)量。

10. 把每次消融都當做你第一次和最后一次消融來看。

三月八日（周四）下午，Rhim教授參與了我科研究生科文獻分享會，本次討論的主題為“肝癌門脈癌栓的治療：SBRT vs 粒子植入”。研究生們分成2組，先總體介紹了兩種治療方案的最新進展，緊接著互相辯論探討兩種治療方式的優(yōu)缺點。這種全英文的交流和學習方式獲得了Rhim教授的肯定。

On the afternoon of March 8 (Thursday), Prof. Rhim participated in the literature sharing session of the Graduate School of Science. The topic of this discussion was “Treatment of cancer portal thrombus in liver cancer: SBRT vs. particle implantation”. The graduate students were divided into two groups. They first introduced the latest developments in the two treatment options, and then debated each other to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods. This kind of communication and learning in English was recognized by Prof. Rhim.

Rhim教授告誡年輕人，不能滿足于主診教授的研究思路，要自己勇于開拓思路。對于年輕人來講，有1-2個足夠創(chuàng)新的研究思路對激起個人的研究興趣以及繼續(xù)自己的研究道路都非常有幫助。而尋找自己創(chuàng)造性的思路，需要不斷地提出問題并錘煉問題。

Prof. Rhim told young people that we should not be satisfied with the research ideas of the chief physicians, and we need to develop our own ideas. For young people, there are 1-2 innovative research ideas that are very helpful in arousing personal research interests and continuing their own research. To find creative ideas, you need to constantly ask questions and temper your problems.

中山大學腫瘤防治中心微創(chuàng)介入科簡介

擁有國內(nèi)外一流醫(yī)療設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，以眾多的微創(chuàng)介入診療項目、高水平的診療技術(shù)、優(yōu)良的醫(yī)療服務(wù)造福于廣大的腫瘤患者。

現(xiàn)有醫(yī)、護、技人員50余人。擁有世界先進的腫瘤微創(chuàng)精準治療的影像引導設(shè)備，有2臺大孔徑螺旋CT機、1臺1.0T開放式磁共振、1臺超聲機、1臺CT/MR/超聲融合影像引導設(shè)備，各種治療設(shè)備，包括1臺納米刀治療設(shè)備、4臺國內(nèi)外先進在射頻消融儀、6臺微波消融儀、1臺冷凍消融儀、1臺放射性粒子治療計劃系統(tǒng)、1臺海扶超聲聚焦刀、1間腫瘤微血管介入實驗室及1間介入器材研究實驗室等。常規(guī)開展各種腫瘤診療項目40余項，熟練開展不可逆電穿孔治療和門脈粒子支架及膽道粒子支架。

科室每年完成微創(chuàng)介入手術(shù)量超6000臺，其中每年完成3000余臺腫瘤消融手術(shù)。正在規(guī)劃創(chuàng)建國內(nèi)外一流在復合手術(shù)室。在研、已完成國家級及省部級課題20余項，近5年發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇，主編專著10部。擁有博士生導師5人，碩士生導師3人，每年來自全國各地的進修醫(yī)生40余人。

科室是廣東省重點學科，是中國抗癌協(xié)會腫瘤微創(chuàng)治療專業(yè)委員會前任主委單位及候任主委單位；廣東省抗癌協(xié)會腫瘤微創(chuàng)介入專業(yè)委員會、廣州抗癌協(xié)會腫瘤微創(chuàng)治療專業(yè)委員會主任委員的掛靠單位，是亞太影像導引下腫瘤微創(chuàng)治療學會的輪值主席和常務(wù)理事單位，并與美國哈佛大學、哥倫比亞大學、羅切斯特大學、昆士蘭大學、加拿大多倫多大學、香港中文大學等多所國際知名大學有密切交流合作。
