| 還有兩周就迎來2018年了,我們從今天開始對各個科研熱點在2017的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行盤點,其實上次我們已經(jīng)盤點過circRNA領(lǐng)域了:研究環(huán)狀circRNA發(fā)5-10分的雜志,是不是很容易?,研究circRNA發(fā)10分以上的雜志,這三個思路你都知道嗎?。好,廢話不多說了,第一期我們來看lncRNA這個熱點。
 簡單一點,2017年lncRNA研究一共發(fā)表接近2700篇文章,其中10分以上的雜志收錄的文章有192篇(7.1%),5到10分范圍收錄的文章有660篇(24.4%),3-5分范圍收錄的有472篇(17.5%),剩下的3分以下的文章有1376篇(50.9%),也就說基本上3分以下的文章占了一半。 下面我們先看這192篇10分以上文章的情況。 我們先看雜志分布:  發(fā)表文章最多的前10個雜志分別是:

 Nucleic  Acids Res雜志和Nat  Commun雜志遙遙領(lǐng)先,年文章量分別為1270和3534篇,Nucleic  Acids Res雜志去年影響因子還是9.2,今年已經(jīng)突破10分了,在37篇文章里面包括了11個好用的數(shù)據(jù)庫:
