在找機(jī)場柜臺報(bào)到之前,可能會問的問題:

Where is the (航空公司名) check-in desk? (XX報(bào)到柜臺在哪里)

找到報(bào)到柜臺之后排隊(duì)等候。輪到你的時候,直接拿護(hù)照 (passport) 出來給地勤人員,若有印出來的電子機(jī)票 (e-ticket) 也可以一起給,但不一定需要。地勤人員的問題通常包含:

Agent: Where are you flying/traveling to today? / What's your final destination?

完成之后,時間允許的話你可以在外面繼續(xù)晃悠,或者就直接過安檢然后逛逛免稅店 (duty-free)。過安檢之前會被 TSA 先查看護(hù)照 (Passport) 和登機(jī)證 (Boarding Pass)。

情境二:過安檢 (Going through Security)

各機(jī)場的安檢的規(guī)格不同,通常從美國機(jī)場出境飛國際線的話,會比較嚴(yán)格。通常會要求:

>脫大衣 take off the jacket/coat

>清空口袋 empty pockets

>脫掉鞋子和帽子 remove shoes and hats

身上也不要有金屬制品,像是硬幣、發(fā)夾、皮帶、手表等等 remove anything that will set off (觸發(fā)警報(bào)) the metal detector(金屬探測器), like coins(硬幣), cellphone(手機(jī)), wallet(皮夾), belt(皮帶), watch(手表)...etc

大件的隨身行李、個人包可直接放在輸送帶上,較小件的個人物品必須放在 TSA 提供的籃子 (bin) 里。另外大型的電子用品,像是筆電、平板電腦、相機(jī)等若放在隨身行李里面,必須特別拿出來并放到籃子里。

Agent: Lay your bags flat on the conveyor belt, and use the bins for your smaller items (把包包平放在輸送帶上,把小件物品拿到籃子里)

沒有通過的話,可能會被安檢人員親自接觸檢查 (physical inspection)。

隨身行李里面有可疑物品

如果找不到行李

Where is the baggage claim counter for (航空公司名)? (XX航空公司的行李領(lǐng)取柜臺在哪里?)

My bags/luggages are missing. (我的行李不見了)

I think somebody took my bags/luggages. (我認(rèn)為有人拿了我的行李)

如果找不到行李的話,有可能是行李延誤,也有可能是被人拿走。不管那種情形,都可以到航空公司的柜臺回報(bào),所以最好要留著當(dāng)初搭機(jī) check-in 時的行李托運(yùn)存根。
