Please place your cash and valuables in the safe deposit box in the lobby.

       ——如您不希望接聽(tīng)電話(huà)，請(qǐng)通知酒店接線(xiàn)員。

Advise hotel operator if you want to miss your incoming calls.

——所有酒店員工會(huì)身穿制服，胸前佩戴員工牌，否則請(qǐng)勿讓他/她進(jìn)入您的房間。

Please note that only uniformed hotel employees with name tags are permitted to serve you in guest room by you.

——請(qǐng)勿輕信兜售免費(fèi)旅游或其他服務(wù)的電話(huà)。若經(jīng)常受到這種干擾，請(qǐng)通知大堂副理。

Do not accept calls from strangers offering free tours and other services. Please tell the Assistant Manager if you are being bothered by them.

        ——如果您發(fā)現(xiàn)任何疑點(diǎn)或可疑人物，請(qǐng)立即通知大堂副理。

If you see any suspicious persons or any queries, please contact the Assistance Manager immediately.

        ——隨身攜帶門(mén)卡時(shí)，請(qǐng)妥善保管。請(qǐng)勿將門(mén)卡交給他人。當(dāng)離店時(shí)，請(qǐng)務(wù)必將門(mén)卡歸還前臺(tái)

Make sure yourself with your room card. Do not hands your room card to any other person who is not registered in your room. Please return your room card to the Cashier Desk when you check out.

——離開(kāi)房間或晚上休息前，請(qǐng)關(guān)好門(mén)窗。請(qǐng)注意本地氣候，保重身體。外出游覽，請(qǐng)注意食品衛(wèi)生和安全。

To ensure your safety, please shut the windows and door of your room before departing or sleeping at night. To ensure your health, please notice the local climate, take care of yourself and pay attention to the food sanitation and security.

2．賓客注意事項(xiàng)  Guest’s Notices

       ——酒店設(shè)有消防水喉、滅火器材等消防設(shè)施，請(qǐng)勿隨意動(dòng)用。

Each floor equipped with modern fire-fighting equipment, Please do not move casually except emergency.

       ——入住時(shí)請(qǐng)出示身份證、護(hù)照或其他有效證件。

Upon registration, you are requested to show your own identification card, passport or other valid credentials.

       ——請(qǐng)不要讓未登記入住的客人在您的房間過(guò)夜或轉(zhuǎn)租給其他人。

You are not allowed to keep unregistered guests in your room overnight or sublet the room/bed to another person.

       ——易燃、易爆、有毒和放射性物品請(qǐng)勿帶入酒店內(nèi)。未經(jīng)許可，禁止在酒店客房?jī)?nèi)使用大功率電器燒煮食物或作其他用途。

Inflammable, explosive, poisonous and radioactive articles are not allowed to take into the hotel. Cooking or unauthorized electricity connection is not allowed in your rooms.

       ——攜帶槍支、彈藥等必須登記，并按公安部門(mén)的規(guī)定由公安部門(mén)代為保管。

All firearms and weapons must be registered and kept by the Public Security Bureau.

       ——嚴(yán)禁賭博、嫖娼、賣(mài)淫、偷竊、吸毒、走私販私等違法犯罪活動(dòng)。

Illegal activities or criminal offences are strictly forbidden, such as gambling, prostitution, drug taking and smuggling etc.

       ——如違反《中華人民共和國(guó)治安管理處罰法》，將會(huì)受到相應(yīng)的處罰。

The Public Security Bureau has the authority to take necessary action in accordance with the Security Maintenance Penalty Regulations of the PRC or other relevant laws in cases of violation.

      ——請(qǐng)勿將寵物帶入酒店。

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

      ——請(qǐng)勿讓您的小孩獨(dú)自在酒店公共區(qū)域或房間內(nèi)玩耍，以免發(fā)生意外。

To avoid any accident, please take good care of your children and do not leave them unattended in public areas or room of the hotel.

      ——根據(jù)公安機(jī)關(guān)的規(guī)定，所有訪客請(qǐng)?jiān)谕砩?3：00以前離開(kāi)酒店客房。

According to Public Security Authority, visitors are to leave the guest rooms before 23：00pm. 

      ——請(qǐng)?jiān)诤谏斜P(pán)內(nèi)使用燒水壺?zé)瑝貎?nèi)盛水量請(qǐng)?jiān)?成以?xún)?nèi)，避免沸水溢出，帶來(lái)安全隱患。

    Please use the kettle to boil water in black tray, water not too full, avoid boiling water overflow, causing potential safety problems.

3．安保  Safeguard
       酒店安保人員及覆蓋公共區(qū)域的閉路監(jiān)控為您提供全天候的安全保障。為了您自身安全，請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)記在客房?jī)?nèi)鎖上雙重門(mén)鎖并在確認(rèn)訪客身份后方可開(kāi)門(mén)。如需任何的安保服務(wù)請(qǐng)與大堂副理聯(lián)系。

The safeguard and CCTV equipment will ensure your safety the whole day. For your safety, please remember to lock the door with double locks and open the door after confirming the guest’s ID. If you need any safeguard service, please contact the assistant manager.

4．火警  Fire Prevention

       ——如遇火警，請(qǐng)千萬(wàn)不要使用電梯。酒店每個(gè)樓層都設(shè)有安全出口和緊急疏散通道。詳細(xì)請(qǐng)參閱您房門(mén)后的緊急疏散通道圖，務(wù)必使用離您最近的疏散通道。

In case of fire, do not use the elevators. Emergency exits and staircases are located on each floor. The fire escape plan stick on the back of your door indicates your nearest emergency exit. Please read carefully.

       ——為了防止火災(zāi)的發(fā)生，客房?jī)?nèi)禁止使用明火、燒煮食物和使用大功率電器，請(qǐng)勿存放易燃易爆物品。請(qǐng)勿在床上吸煙。

Please note that in order to avoid creating fire hazards, cooking, open flames and high-power appliance are not permitted in guest rooms. No hazardous or inflammable chemicals may be stored in guest rooms and please do not smoke in bed.

        ——酒店每間客房均設(shè)有煙感報(bào)警器。當(dāng)煙霧超過(guò)一定濃度時(shí)，會(huì)自動(dòng)示警，有關(guān)人員將迅速趕到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理。

There is a smoke sensor in each room. It will automatically alarm when smoke get stated solubility. The staffs of the Security Department will deal with it soon.

       ——酒店配備了最先進(jìn)的火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)，我們訓(xùn)練有素的員工能夠應(yīng)付任何的緊急情況。酒店和各個(gè)區(qū)域包括客房均安裝有煙感報(bào)警器和消防噴淋裝置。所有火警探測(cè)點(diǎn)均實(shí)行24小時(shí)監(jiān)視。如發(fā)生緊急情況，酒店會(huì)通過(guò)公共廣播系統(tǒng)向您通報(bào)。

There is the most advanced fire alarm system in the hotel. Our professional firefighter can cope with any emergency. There is alarm sensitive to smoke and fire fighting set. All fire alarm probes are monitored all the time. Once there is emergency, the hotel will notice the guests by public broadcasting system.

5．火警須知  Fire alarm notice

如果您無(wú)法離開(kāi)房間 If you can’t leave the room 

留在房間里——如果不能撤離，您的房間是最安全的地方。

Please stay in the room. It’s the safest place.

關(guān)閉空調(diào)——為防止煙霧進(jìn)入您的房間，請(qǐng)將空調(diào)開(kāi)關(guān)置于“OFF”位置。

Turn off the air condition in order to prevent the smoke diffuse into the room. Please place the switch to “OFF”.

  用濕的衣物塞住門(mén)縫——濕的毛巾、床單或毯子可以防止煙霧從門(mén)縫中進(jìn)入房間。

Stuff the gap of the door with wet clothes such as wet towel, bedspread or carpet to prevent the smoke diffuse into the room through the gap of the door.

除去所有窗簾——若不幸火災(zāi)由窗戶(hù)進(jìn)入，附近不能有任何易燃物。

Remove the entire curtain, if the fire come from the windows, there should don’t be any combustible goods nearby.

在浴缸里盛滿(mǎn)水——浴缸內(nèi)盛滿(mǎn)水，并把垃圾桶和冰桶放在附近提水用。這樣您可以快速弄濕衣物防止煙霧進(jìn)入。

The bathtub should be full of water, place the rubbish bin and ice bin nearby so that they can be used to take water, and thus you can wet clothes as soon as possible to prevent the smoke to diffuse into the room.

表明您在房間——在窗口揮動(dòng)床單以提示消防人員您的房間有人。

Show that you are in the room, please wave the bedspread to show to the firefighters that you are in the room.

身體放低貼近地面——用一塊濕布蓋住口鼻以便呼吸。

Place yourself on the ground. Please cover your mouse and nose with wet towel so that you can breathe.

澆水——用垃圾桶往發(fā)燙物體的表面如墻壁、房門(mén)澆水。

Sprinkle water. Please sprinkle water to the surface of burned goods such as the wall and the door with trash bin.

不要打破窗戶(hù)——除非迫不得已。您可能稍后需要它們阻隔濃煙。

Don’t break the window unless you have to do. Maybe it can prevent the thick smoke later.

保持鎮(zhèn)定——不要慌張，保持放松和思考。您的實(shí)際危險(xiǎn)幾乎總是比您想象中的小。

Keep calm, relax and thinking about. The actual situation is not so dangerous as that you

imagine.

如果您被要求撤離房間 If you are asked to leave the room

帶上您的房門(mén)卡——如果您在自己房間里，請(qǐng)帶上房門(mén)卡。

Please take your key card of the door. If you are in your room, please bring your key card.

先試探溫度——用手背試探通向走廊的房門(mén)是涼或燙。如果房門(mén)很燙請(qǐng)勿打開(kāi)。

Please try the temperature of the door. Try the door through to the corridor with the back of your hand to sure whether it is cool or hot. If it is too hot, please don’t open the door.

  如果房門(mén)不燙請(qǐng)小心打開(kāi)——如果通向走廊的房門(mén)并不燙，請(qǐng)小心打開(kāi)并注意濃煙。

If it is not hot, please open the door carefully. If the door through the corridor is not hot, open it carefully and be care of the thick smoke.

  如果門(mén)外有明火或濃煙——快速關(guān)閉房門(mén)并留在房?jī)?nèi)。

If there is fire or thick smoke, please close the door quickly and stay in the room.

撤離時(shí)請(qǐng)貼緊墻壁——前往緊急出口時(shí)請(qǐng)始終貼緊墻壁。如果環(huán)境黑暗或有煙霧，默數(shù)通往緊急出口的房門(mén)并沿墻壁走。盡量往下走，因?yàn)槠鸹饘右韵聵菍拥目諝廨^新鮮。

Please make yourself close to the wall when leaving. Please make yourself close to the wall all the time when you go to the emergency exit. If it is dark or there is much smoke, please go to the emergency exit along the wall. Please go down as soon as possible because the air on the floor below the floor where the fire happened is fresh.

  小心撤離——打開(kāi)緊急出口門(mén)以前記得試探溫度，注意樓梯內(nèi)是否有濃煙。如果樓梯安全，向下一直走到底層。如向下途中遇到濃煙，則尋找另一處沒(méi)有濃煙的走廊或樓梯。千萬(wàn)不要試圖穿過(guò)濃煙。

Please leave carefully. Remember to try the temperature before open the door. Notice if there is thick smoke in the stair or not. If it is safe, go down to the ground floor. If there is thick smoke, please go down along the stair or corridor without smoke. Be careful not to try to go through the thick smoke.

  不要使用電梯——如遇火警，請(qǐng)勿使用電梯。

Please don’t take elevator. If there is fire alarm, don’t take elevator.

如果您發(fā)現(xiàn)緊急出口被堵塞 If you find that the emergency exit is blocked up

回到您的房間——如果樓梯彌漫濃煙，緊急出口變得不安全，如有可能請(qǐng)返回您的

房間，這是您最安全的地方。

Go back to your room. If the corridor is full of thick smoke and the emergency isn’t safe, go back to your room as soon as possible, it is the most safe place.

如果您發(fā)現(xiàn)火災(zāi)  If you find the fire

通知服務(wù)中心尋求幫助——如您在房間內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)起火或濃煙，請(qǐng)立即通知服務(wù)中心。

Please ask to get help. If you find the fire in your room, please notice the service center immediately.

啟動(dòng)最近的火災(zāi)報(bào)警器——如果您在走廊里，在走廊的每一個(gè)緊急出口附近都設(shè)有報(bào)警器，敲碎報(bào)警器玻璃后按下火警報(bào)警按鈕。

Open the nearest fire alarm. If you are in the corridor, there is a fire alarm near the emergency exit, break the glass of the fire-alarm push the fire alarm button.

關(guān)閉起火處的門(mén)——如有可能，請(qǐng)關(guān)閉起火附近的每一扇門(mén)以防火災(zāi)蔓延。

Close the door where the fire happened. Please close every door near where the fire happened to prevent the fire from spreading.

在不危及人身安全的情況下熄滅火苗——如遇火苗，請(qǐng)使用滅火器。

Extinguish the fire on condition that it doesn’t hurt yourself. If you encounter the fire，please use the fire extinguisher.

逃離大火——若火災(zāi)非常嚴(yán)重，如有可能請(qǐng)撤離大樓。

Escape from the conflagration. If the there is a conflagration, please leave the building as soon as possible.

記得隨身攜帶房門(mén)卡——在撤離前，記得帶上房門(mén)卡。在房間內(nèi)請(qǐng)始終將房門(mén)卡放在同一處。

Remember to take the key card with you. Before leaving remember to take the key card. Place the key card at the same place all the time.
