240克黃油(室溫) 200克砂糖 1個(gè)檸檬(榨汁) 3個(gè)雞蛋(稍大的) 300克低筋粉 12克泡打粉 1 、預(yù)熱烤箱至170°C/170℃。 2 、黃油+砂糖打發(fā)。 3、分次加入雞蛋,同時(shí)分次少量加入面粉。 4 、最后加入剩下的面粉,泡打粉,在加入檸檬汁。 5、把拌勻的混合物倒入6寸磅蛋糕模具。 6、烘烤約60分鐘,至表面金黃色。 當(dāng)然不止于制作裸蛋糕,還可以是這樣滴 也可以使這樣滴,早餐或下午茶都是超棒的選擇
也可以做成火到一塌糊涂的韓式裱花蛋糕上
撒粉的瞬間永遠(yuǎn)是如此的帶勁!
通常就是這樣滴(應(yīng)用最多的就是這裸蛋糕了)
