大多數(shù)人喜聞樂見的節(jié)假日，對(duì)于外貿(mào)人而言，卻有一種 “ 想說(shuō)愛你不容易 ” 的痛。 當(dāng)大部分人翹首以盼假日到來(lái)時(shí)，外貿(mào)人卻恨不得全球無(wú)長(zhǎng)假。

一、給老客戶發(fā)通知

Inform your old customers

提前幾個(gè)星期，發(fā)一封正式的時(shí)間表給客戶，告訴他們：我們放假時(shí)間已經(jīng)確定， 從明天到 XX 天，這段時(shí)間我們都不會(huì)在辦公室，而是跟家人在一起，不過(guò)你有 什么緊急的需求或者詢價(jià)，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系我的私人電話： 13XXXXX ！雖然你們國(guó)家不過(guò)這個(gè)節(jié)日，但我還是祝你們跟我們一樣享受接下來(lái)的幾天。

Send your holiday arrangement to your old customers a few weeks or a month in advance, telling them:We have confirmed the vacation time from tomorrow to XX days, and we will be out of office during the holiday and stay with our families. So if you have any emergency needs or inquiries, please contact my private phone:

13XXXXX. Although it is not the holiday in your country, Iwish you enjoy the days as much as we do.

二、郵箱設(shè)置自動(dòng)

Set email automatic reply

郵箱是可以自動(dòng)設(shè)置回復(fù)的，能設(shè)置的就設(shè)置好，一些新客戶有可能不了解中國(guó) 的假期，就發(fā)來(lái)詢盤或者其他的郵件，不給客戶任何消息不好。

E-mail can be set to reply automatically. We'll set it because some of the new customers don’t know much about the Chinese holiday and will send inquiry or other mail to you. It is impolite for us not to reply the customers.

三、工作不拖到節(jié)后

Do not leave the work

不要拖著尾巴回家過(guò)年，不能結(jié)束的工作做好記錄了嗎？這么長(zhǎng)的假期，回來(lái)什 么都忘了，如果不記錄，你會(huì)記不起當(dāng)時(shí)做到了什么地方，前功盡棄。

Do not leave the work till the holiday end. Have you well recorded your work? After a long holiday, you will not remember your progress of work if you don’t take notes which means that what you have done before is in vain.

四、網(wǎng)站發(fā)布休假信息

Issue the holiday information

利用公共頻道發(fā)布休假信息，方便快捷。

Use of public channels to issue the holiday information which is easy and convenient.

五、記下重要客戶聯(lián)系方式

Record the contact details

帶回家，例如春節(jié)當(dāng)天發(fā)個(gè)短信，或者打個(gè)電話，告知他們今天是我們中國(guó)最重要的節(jié)日，希望與你們共享。

Bring the contact details of the important customers and send a wish message or make a phonec all such as on the Chinese New Year day, to tell them today is the important day in China and hope to share the happiness with you.

六、資料備份

Data backup

電腦這玩意不好說(shuō)，說(shuō)不定漫長(zhǎng)的幾天哪里出問(wèn)題，不是沒有可能的，做好備份， 有備無(wú)患。

Make a backup of the computer in case there is anything wrong with the computer in the holiday.

七、設(shè)置手機(jī)郵箱客戶端

Set the mobile email client

隨時(shí)隨地可以看到客戶的郵件，不錯(cuò)過(guò)任何一個(gè)商機(jī)！

九、不要放過(guò)任何客戶

那怕就問(wèn)了一次價(jià)格就一年沒有聯(lián)系的客戶，你永遠(yuǎn)不知道他什么時(shí)候會(huì)有需求，只是一封郵件而已，不要吝嗇！

Even if he did not contact you after inquiring of the price because you never know when he will have the demand.
