| 天氣漸涼,除了趁著難得的幾個艷陽天還能好好享受下場揮桿外,更多的時間應(yīng)該交給練習(xí)場了,起碼應(yīng)該完善一下全揮桿的技術(shù),為開春再戰(zhàn)球場做好準(zhǔn)備。本期我們將介紹幾個不錯的自我訓(xùn)練的方法,讓你在寒冷的冬天依然可以享受高球不間斷的樂趣。首先我們先從站姿講起,可別小看這簡單的動作,它起到的作用可不簡單。如果起始站姿不正確,那么想要能夠正確地?fù)]桿幾乎不太可能,通過下面的一組練習(xí)可以幫助你學(xué)習(xí)正確的站姿。 Stance Exercise 站姿練習(xí) 1  Stand tall with hands behind back. 雙手置于背后站直; Stance Exercise 站姿練習(xí) 2  Keeping your legs straight, move your hands to your side and have your palms facing away from you. Your body weight should be even from toes to heel. 保持兩腿直,雙手移至身體兩側(cè)且雙手手掌指向身體前方。重心均勻分布在兩腳上(不要過多在腳后跟或腳尖上); Stance Exercise 站姿練習(xí) 3  Let your arms hang from your shoulder, and add a small amount of knee flex.
