加拿大留學(xué)生申請(qǐng)工作簽證大全

    加拿大留學(xué)生校內(nèi)工作許可（Working on campus）如果你在有效的大專院校全日制學(xué)習(xí)并且持有有效留學(xué)簽證（學(xué)習(xí)許可），你就可以申請(qǐng)加拿大留學(xué)生校內(nèi)工作簽證（Working on  campus）。

    加拿大留學(xué)生校外工作許可（Off-Campus Work Permit）加拿大留學(xué)生校外工作許可（Off-Campus Work Permit）允許符合條件的國(guó)際留學(xué)生在保證完成學(xué)業(yè)的情況下到校外打工。留學(xué)生簽證申請(qǐng)者必須是加拿大全日制留學(xué)生，過(guò)去一年中在符合校外打工條件的公立專上學(xué)校（Participating publicly funded post-secondary educational institutions）或者在私立學(xué)校的被批準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)（in an approved program at an eligible privately funded institution）學(xué)習(xí)半年（6 個(gè)月）以上，根據(jù)學(xué)校成績(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)達(dá)到滿意的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

    留學(xué)生每周工作時(shí)間不超過(guò) 20 小時(shí)（假期可以全職）。

    加拿大留學(xué)生校外工作許可申請(qǐng)條件：

     * 持有有效留學(xué)簽證（have a valid study permit）；

     * 在有校外打工資格的院校學(xué)習(xí)（study at a participating institution）；

     * 過(guò)去6個(gè)月內(nèi)至少全日制學(xué)習(xí)6個(gè)月以上（have been a full-time student for at least six of the 12 months preceding the date of your work permit application）；

     * 學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)達(dá)標(biāo)（be in satisfactory academic standing）；

     * 與學(xué)校、省政府和聯(lián)邦政府簽訂個(gè)人信息授權(quán)協(xié)議（sign a form authorizing the institution, the province, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to share your personal information）。

    加拿大留學(xué)生帶薪實(shí)習(xí)工作簽證（Co-op and internship programs）

    帶薪實(shí)習(xí)（CO-OP）項(xiàng)目是由學(xué)校、公司和學(xué)員三方共同參與的一種項(xiàng)目。學(xué)員首先通過(guò)入學(xué)考試，然后在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)一段時(shí)間，成功完成學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)并通過(guò)公司面試，學(xué)員正式進(jìn)入公司工作，工作期間學(xué)員定期向?qū)W校匯報(bào)工作情況，CO- OP項(xiàng)目完成后由學(xué)校和公司聯(lián)合發(fā)放結(jié)業(yè)證書。 留學(xué)生如果申請(qǐng) Co-op 課程必須在獲取留學(xué)簽證后申請(qǐng)相應(yīng)的實(shí)習(xí)生工作簽證（Co-op and internship programs）。實(shí)習(xí)生工作許可的實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間不能超過(guò)總課程的 50% 。

    加拿大畢業(yè)生工作簽證（Working after graduation）加拿大的國(guó)際留學(xué)生畢業(yè)后如果打算在加拿大繼續(xù)工作需要申請(qǐng)加拿大留學(xué)生工作簽證的畢業(yè)生類型。

    加拿大畢業(yè)生工作簽證申請(qǐng)條件：

    * 畢業(yè)生在符合條件的加拿大高校全日制學(xué)習(xí)8個(gè)月以上（You must have studied full time in Canada or the eight months preceding the completion of your specific program of studies）；

    * 畢業(yè)后90天內(nèi)申請(qǐng)（You must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation from your institution indicating that you have met the requirements for completing your academic program）；

    * 學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)合格，獲取相應(yīng)的學(xué)位，文憑或證書（You must have completed and passed the program of study and received a notification that you are eligible to obtain your degree, diploma or certificate）；

    * 申請(qǐng)畢業(yè)生工作簽證時(shí)還持有有效學(xué)生簽證（You must have a valid study permit when you apply for the work permit）。

    畢業(yè)生工作簽證的簽證期

    加拿大畢業(yè)生工作簽證的簽證期與申請(qǐng)者所完成學(xué)業(yè)的學(xué)制（學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間）相關(guān)，如果學(xué)制在2 年以下 8個(gè)月以上，畢業(yè)生工作簽證的簽證期不會(huì)超過(guò)你的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，例如如果你學(xué)習(xí)了9個(gè)月你的畢業(yè)生工作簽證的期限可能就是9個(gè)月），如果你學(xué)習(xí)超過(guò)2年，你的工作簽證期限一般是3年。如果你在加拿大學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間不到8個(gè)月，你無(wú)法申請(qǐng)加拿大畢業(yè)生工作簽證。

    加拿大留學(xué)生配偶工作簽證

    如果你持有有效的加拿大留學(xué)簽證或加拿大工作簽證，并且你在符合條件的加拿大高校全日制留學(xué)，你的配偶就可以申請(qǐng)加拿大留學(xué)生配偶工作簽證（Work available to your spouse or common-law partner）。加拿大留學(xué)生配偶工作簽證的期限與你的留學(xué)簽證或工作簽證的有效期一致。

加拿大留學(xué)生工作許可的申請(qǐng)費(fèi)為150元加幣，申請(qǐng)時(shí)間在 2 周左右。
