02.左右野馬分鬃(3)                          Part the wild horse’s mane to both sides(3)

03.白鶴亮翅                                      White crane spreads it’s wings

04.左右摟膝拗步(3)                          Brush knee and twist hip on both sides(3)

05.手揮琵琶                                      Hand strums the lute

06.左右倒轉肱(4)                             Repulse the monkey both sides(4)

07.左攬雀尾                                     Grasp the bird’s tail,left side

08.右攬雀尾                                     Grasp the bird’s tail,right side

09.單鞭                                             Single whip

10.云手（3）                                  Wave hands like clouds（3）

12高探馬                                         High pat on horse

13.右蹬腳                                        Kick with the right heel

14.雙峰貫耳                                    Strike opponent’s temple with fists

15.轉身左蹬腳                                Turn body & kick left heel

16.左下勢獨立                                Squatting & standing on one leg.left side

17.右下勢獨立                               Squatting & standing on one leg.right side

18.左右穿梭                                   A fair maiden threads the shuttle.both sides

19.海底針                                       Pluck needle from the sea bottom

21.轉身扳攔捶                              Turn body wrench,parry,punch

22.如封似閉                                  Apparent close-up
