  早上好，先生。要買東西嗎？            
Good afternoon,madam.May I help you ?     
  下午好，夫人。能為您效勞嗎？          
Good evening,miss.Do you want to buy something here?                         
  晚上好，小姐。要買東西嗎？      
英語中對人的稱呼主要有以下幾種:       
Mrs.太太    Miss小姐                  
Ms.女士     madam夫人               
lady女士    Mr.先生                   
sir 先生    gentleman先生              
Ladies and gentlemen. 女士們，先生們。   
Mr.和Mrs.一般后面接姓氏。             
sir,gentleman和lady則應(yīng)單獨(dú)使用。      
Miss,madam既可以單獨(dú)使用，也可以與姓氏一起使用。                        
Ms.用來稱呼不易分清結(jié)婚與否的女士。
Hello.Mrs.Jones.l see you're doing your shopping very early today.
  您好， 瓊斯太太。您今天大清早就來買東西了。
Welcome to our shop.
  歡迎您來我們店。
Welcome,sir.Step right in.
  歡迎您，先生。請進(jìn)。

  很高興見到您。
用英語招呼顧客一般分兩步：首先是問早上（下午、晚上)好，再是主動提出愿意為對方服務(wù)。如：
Good morning,sir.Can l help you?
  早上好，先生。要買東西嗎？
當(dāng)顧客不準(zhǔn)備買東西，營業(yè)員應(yīng)該禮貌地說上一句：
Plase go right ahead.您請便。
Are you being served?
  有人在招呼您了嗎？
Is there anything you're interested in here?
  有什么您感興趣的嗎 ？                
Please go right ahead.                 
  您請便。                          
We'll be waiting for you.              
  我們恭候您。                      
If you've decided on something.please let me know.                        
  如果您決定買什么，請告訴我一聲。  
If you'will permit me,I would be happy to show you around and explain some of the items.                        
  如果您愿意的話，我樂意帶您周圍看看，介紹介紹。
