That’s unreasonable! I’d take it for (100¥.) How about (100¥)? I’d buy this if it were cheaper. Lower the price, and I’ll consider it. It’s a little overpriced. I like everything about it except the price. I’ve seen this cheaper (in) other places. I heard other stores were having great mark-downs on this item. If I buy more than one, will you give me a discount?
所以,打招呼很重要,無(wú)論顧客有沒(méi)有表現(xiàn)購(gòu)買意愿,您都應(yīng)該上前問(wèn)候一句:“What can I do for you?”或“May I help you?”,也可說(shuō):“Can I be of any assistance?”,如果是熟客,可簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)聲:“Good afternoon, madam. Something for you?” 2. Whether she buys or not.(這里歡迎任何人光臨,買不買都沒(méi)關(guān)系)”,然后婉轉(zhuǎn)地問(wèn):“Are you looking for something?”。 3. 一句:“Would you mind my recommending?” |
