西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)MBA代表曾濤 在我們記憶里，千禧年的鐘聲似乎還未遠(yuǎn)去，而我們已經(jīng)悄然地走進(jìn)了新世紀(jì)第一個(gè)十年的最后一年，過去十年，世界的變化超越了所有人的想象。當(dāng)人們沉浸在經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的幻覺中，我們與全球金融危機(jī)不期而遇。在信息充分和科技發(fā)達(dá)的今天，我們不得不承認(rèn)，對(duì)某些經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象的認(rèn)識(shí)還有局限。許多國(guó)家不得不實(shí)施強(qiáng)有力的經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激政策，而與此同時(shí)，全球性通脹的腳步卻日益臨近。 不管是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家，在今天，我們所面臨的問題具有了更多的相似性，比如，全球化、環(huán)境保護(hù)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、地區(qū)差異、貿(mào)易壁壘等等，今天的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為了一個(gè)巨大的復(fù)雜性系統(tǒng)，我們無法獨(dú)善其身，在這個(gè)變革時(shí)代，未來可能與現(xiàn)在截然不同，我們無法做出準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè)。 如果仔細(xì)審視世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程，我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，如今，新的經(jīng)濟(jì)體正在崛起，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正向多極化發(fā)展，創(chuàng)新和變革了成為主旋律，大量的創(chuàng)造性破壞定義了新的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)規(guī)則；國(guó)家與國(guó)家之間，企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)比以往任何時(shí)候都要緊密，這樣的關(guān)系決定了我們?cè)诶щy面前，必須堅(jiān)持全球范圍內(nèi)的協(xié)作，突破國(guó)家、地域、文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的制約，最大限度加快知識(shí)的流動(dòng)和信息的共享，重建新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和合作關(guān)系，這些措施將引導(dǎo)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)重新走向繁榮。 In our memory, the bells of the millennium seem not far away, while we have quietly been in the last year of the first decade in 21st century. Over the past decade, the world has changed beyond all imaginations. When people were immersed in the illusions of sustained economic growth, we met with the global financial crisis by chance. Even taday, when information and technology are fully developed, we have to admit that there are still some limitations in the understanding of some economic phenomena. Many countries have to implement strong economic incentive policies, and meanwhile, global inflation is approaching footsteps. The problems we are facing with have more similarity in both the developed and developing countries. For example, globalization, environmental protection, sustainable development, regional differences, trade barriers, etc. Today's world economy, has grown into a huge complex system so that we can not be spared. In this time of change, we could not make accurate predictions since the future may be very different. If looking closely at the process of world economic development, we can easily find that: new economies are rising; the world economy is developing toward multi-polar; innovation and change have become the main theme; a large number of creative destructions have defined the new rules of business competition. The linkages between both countries and enterprises are closer than ever before, which means that when facing with difficulties, we must adhere to the worldwide collaboration; break through national, geographic, cultural and economic constraints; speed up the flow of knowledge and information sharing as much as possible; reconstruct new competitions and cooperations.
