1. FYI = For your information
僅供參考

2. Cc = Carbon copy. Enter the address of anyone you’d like to receive a copy of your email on the cc line.
抄送。在抄送一欄中輸入你希望收到你的郵件副本的人員地址。

3. Bcc = Blind carbon copy. If you want to send a copy of your email without the original recipient’s knowledge, put the address on the Bcc line.
暗送。如果你想發(fā)送郵件復本，又不想讓原始接受人知道，就在暗送一欄中輸入地址。

4. Spam (n) = electronic junk mail

5. Scroll (v.)= to move text or graphics up or down or across a display screen as if unrolling a Chinese scroll painting.
例句： If you scroll down to the very bottom, you will see my contact numbers.
上下或左右移動正文或圖片，如同打開中國卷軸畫。

6. Flaming (n.) = using rude or obscene language in an email message or sending such messages.
例句： Flaming is strictly prohibited in workplace.
在電子郵件通信中使用粗魯或猥褻的語言，或發(fā)送這樣的信息。
例：在工作場合嚴禁使用猥褻的語言

7. Group list = email addresses of a group of people with whom you communicate frequently. Most email software allow the storage of such group lists, enabling users to select a name for each group and send messages without having to type multiple addresses.
群體列表, 即經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的一組人員的電子郵件地址。大多數(shù)電子信函軟件都能儲存這樣的地址列表，允許使用者為每組起個名字以便在發(fā)送信件時無須錄入全部地址。
